The Importance of Being “Mobile Friendly”

The new algorithms will effect undeniably legitimate, valuable, and important sites that have outdated design frameworks not suitable for mobile devices.
“We will be expanding our use of mobile-friendliness as a ranking signal. This change will affect mobile searches in all languages worldwide and will have a significant impact in our search results,” Google stated in a blog post announcing the change back in February.
How does this affect you? Organizations that have invested largely in marketing, branding and advertising but have an outdated website framework that isn’t mobile friendly could suffer significant traffic loss and search visibility.
