In collaboration with the GCWJ, we created a compelling video to inform, educate, and inspire guests of the luncheon.

454 Creative is committed to making meaningful work. That’s why we were thrilled for the opportunity to invest our team and resources in the success of the Global Center for Women and Justice’s Priceless Luncheon.

In collaboration with the GCWJ, we created a compelling video to inform, educate, and inspire guests of the luncheon. Our goal was to represent GCWJ’s mission to reassure victims and potential victims of human trafficking that GCWJ is an available resource that provides a foundation of support and give them hope.

PROCESS

At the start of the project, we filmed several of GCWJ’s key advocates and leaders onsite at Vanguard University and created a storyboard and script that would best encapsulate their vision to illustrate a powerful metaphor, that the GCWJ is the necessary armor that our kids and teens need to combat human trafficking.

During our process, we provided onsite video production, storyboarding, script writing, custom illustration and animations, voiceovers, music, and video editing, culminating in the final piece seen below.

One of the most treasured parts of this video for our team was creating custom hand drawn illustrations that represented real kids and teens that need our help. In addition, we couldn’t be happier about how the video concludes with an image of a torch, not only a symbol of light, but a reinforcement of their mission, and a nod to the GCWJ logo. This was a powerful moment in the video for our team.

 

MEASURE OF SUCCESS

We were motivated to honor our longstanding relationship with the Global Center for Women and Justice at Vanguard University with this video in preparation for the Priceless Luncheon to raise funds and awareness for this organization. The result was a powerful story told by weaving live video interviews with customized animation. The need to convey the right message that connected with the audience was key.

With this brief video, our goal was to elicit an integral emotional response to encourage everyone that watches to pick up their torch and join in the fight to end human trafficking. The Priceless Luncheon raised a total of $230,000. Our team considers that achievement – priceless.
