After partnering with Lakani in website development, marketing efforts, and SEM, 454 Creative became the official Digital Concierge for Lakani World Tours.
Process
In spring of 2015, 454 Creative joined Lakani on their Cultural Connections Around the World by Private Jet Tour to Rio De Janeiro, Easter Island, Bora Bora, Australia, Cambodia, India, Dubai, and France. As Lakani’s Digital Concierge, our web developer, Megan Anderson, became a part of the Lakani team and provided personalized photography and tech expertise for Lakani’s travelers daily. This included photographing special travel experiences, backing up guest photos for safe keeping, sharing awesome moments across social media, crafting relevant blog articles, and providing technical assistance for guests. In essence, we were Lakani’s personal, in-house (or in this case, "in-air") creative agency.
Measure of Success
Prior to the monthlong journey, our team met with Lakani World Tours to identify how our team could grow Lakani’s already prestigious travel experience. Through combined efforts, we identified key added value areas for Lakani’s customers and created a plan to execute. One could say this trip was a success based solely on our experience traveling the globe with Lakani, but it was so much more than that. Both Lakani and 454 Creative received praise for our efforts and requests for future trips.
