Perform installations of fire alarm and clean agent\/special hazard suppression systems according to ORR work instructions and applicable codes.<\/li>\n\t

Work with the Project Manager and Install Coordinator to keep the customer informed on job progress.<\/li>\n\t
Complete all necessary job-related paperwork for compliance and documentation.<\/li>\n\t
Respond to emergency service requests and take appropriate action.<\/li>\n\t
Perform in depth trouble shooting, repair and replacement of system equipment.<\/li>\n\t
Conduct training with customer on the functionality of the fire system.<\/li>\n\t

MINIMUM EDUCATION AND\/OR EXPERIENCE<\/b><\/div>\n\n

High school diploma or equivalent, required.<\/i><\/li>\n\t
Five years\u2019 experience in service and\/or installation of fire alarm or special hazard fire suppression systems, required.<\/i><\/li>\n\t
Experience reading blue prints, required.<\/i><\/li>\n\t
Fire alarm programming experience, required. <\/i><\/li>\n\t
FASA\/BASA license, preferred<\/i><\/li>\n\t
Associate degree in electronics or related field, preferred.<\/i><\/li>\n\t

Record inspection and test results in companies' electronic inspection program.  <\/li>\n\t

Perform routine inspection and testing tasks according to OPS work instructions. Typical inspection and testing tasks include:\n\t

Test other system inputs and outputs<\/li>\n\t\t
Test and verify audio visual components<\/li>\n\t\t

Ideally, this person will be based in or around the Indianapolis, IN area. This role offers a competitive base salary and uncapped earning potential within a supportive, collaborative culture. Territory Coverage:<\/b> Manage sales activities across Indiana, Kentucky, Ohio, and other surrounding states. <\/li>\n\t
Market Focus: <\/b>Engage with vertical markets such as Data Centers, Energy\/Power Generation, Industrial, Manufacturing, Telecommunications, Cable\/Broadband, and other Mission-Critical facilities. <\/li>\n\t
Remote Work:<\/b> Enjoy flexibility to work from home when not traveling. <\/li>\n\t
Travel Requirements:<\/b> Expect up to 35-40% travel, including some overnight trips, to build territory and fulfill job duties. <\/li>\n\t

Proposal Management: Collaborate with the Operations Team to review and refine proposals and contracts.<\/li>\n\t
Sales Negotiation and Closure: Manage negotiations and successfully close sales deals of varying complexity, duration, and value.<\/li>\n\t
Industry Participation: Attend and participate in tradeshows, conferences, and networking events within the mission-critical space.<\/li>\n\t

Minimum Education and\/or Experience:<\/b><\/div>\n\n

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor\u2019s degree preferred.<\/li>\n\t
Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in sales required.<\/li>\n\t
Industry Experience: Experience in fire protection or related industries preferred. Related industries may include construction, building control, and other services within mission-critical environments.<\/li>\n\t
Certifications: NICET Fire Alarm Certification preferred, but not required.<\/li>\n\t

Perform installations of fire alarm and clean agent\/special hazard suppression systems according to ORR work instructions and applicable codes.<\/li>\n\t
Take a lead role at customer sites, providing oversight and direction to other ORR technicians or sub-contractors.<\/li>\n\t
Work with the Project Manager and Install Coordinator to keep the customer informed on job progress.<\/li>\n\t
Complete all necessary job-related paperwork for compliance and documentation.<\/li>\n\t
Respond to emergency service requests and take appropriate action.<\/li>\n\t
Perform in depth trouble shooting, repair and replacement of system equipment.<\/li>\n\t
Conduct training with customer on the functionality of the fire system.<\/li>\n\t
