Overview
Epicor Software is the leader in enterprise resource planning (ERP) software and retail solutions to over 20,000 customers in over 150 countries. Each year Epicor hosts Epicor Insights Customer Conference that brings together over 4,000 users of their ERP and Retail solutions for hands-on education, networking opportunities, learning from the top-tier talent with stellar keynote speakers, and a bit of fun.
454 Creative partnered with Epicor to design conference branding and execute onsite production for their event at the Mandalay Bay Hotel and Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV in April 2016.
Process
Months leading up to the conference, 454 Creative worked with the Vice President of Global Events and the Senior Manager Worldwide Events, to identify a visual theme and style guide for the conference materials. Once the theme was set, 454 Creative designed over 500 unique print pieces as well as the conference mobile app UX. Our designs included large conference banners, meter boards, free standing units, PowerPoint templates, room & directional signs, conference handbooks, registration signage, screensavers, name badges, and more. Our team worked with Epicor's preferred vendors, including Freeman, an industry leader in event production, to ensure excellence as each piece was printed.
During the conference, our team provided onsite content creation including designing multiple looks for a 60ft LED video wall, recording live podcasts, filming customer testimonial videos, providing live streaming of the general session events, hosting an interactive photo booth experience, and taking photos of the event including V.I.P portraits of Epicor's executive team with Condoleeza Rice and musicians, Train. In addition, 454 Creative provided edited photos and transcripts of the podcasts within 24 hours of recording to support Epicor's marketing team.
At the end of the conference, 454 Creative provided Epicor with a library of professionally edited photos, over 40 edited customer videos, and podcast audio to use in their global marketing efforts.
Measure of Success
Our team has worked with Epicor Software for over 12 years and we could write a book about how much we love their team. Their dedication to their customers is inspiring and we are honored to be a trusted partner. At the beginning of this project, we set out to be a partner Epicor could rely on that would execute their design and production needs with ease and as the project wrapped, we were ecstatic to know that our goal was accomplished.
