Where we used to rely on print, radio, and television to generate leads, and person-to-person contact to educate or nurture those leads, now we find most of that customer journey online. Each time we’re online, whether checking our email, learning something new, or shopping for groceries, we encounter ads specifically designed to convert our interest or need into action. These ads are paid placements in search results, social media sites, and wherever you might visit online. Social and search ads are a powerful way to reach your target audience but require an investment in time and resources to be successful.
