Nobody Likes Their Leads

Navigating the landscape of leads can be overwhelming, and part of what we love to do at 454 Creative is to help clients get clarity into their leads and their customer’s journey. 

We thought it would be useful (and fun) to unpack the topic of leads, so our Creative Director, Chad Coltman, took a bit of time to interview our President, Paul Bresenden, and explore the term "leads." The conversation confronts why we're all challenged by the task of getting, knowing and managing leads. Paul answers questions like: 

  1. How do you define “lead”? 
  2. What types of leads exist? How do you categorize leads? 
  3. What is the relationship between a lead and a sales or marketing funnel? 
  4. What are best practices when it comes to managing leads? (discuss CRM)
